Made for working conditions
Heavy duty construction
KRS rear steps are made to stand up to repeated use day in, day out, for weeks and months and years. Each step is constructed using a steel frame encased in injection-moulded tread made from incredibly tough, UV resistant polymers for lasting wear.
Original Gripper® tread
For superior anti-slip properties, KRS rear steps feature our original – and often copied – Gripper step tread. The innovative “gripper” design provides unparalleled stability and grip in wet conditions and is used extensively by West Midlands Police and British Telecom fleets.
Rear step with towbar
When you need even more carrying capacity, the KRS rear step and tow bar tongue combination is the solution, giving you 2.5 tonne towing capacity and a vertical capacity of 100kg. Please be aware the step is not designed to fit around any pre-fitted tow bars and you’ll need to choose the step and tow bar combination for towing capability.
